I am a certified life coach, author of "ESP: Extreme Self-Pampering for the Soul," have studied myriad religious practices and traditions, and hold a MFA in creative writing. With this unique background, I have devised a process that will help you find the tools within to move forward irregardless of your circumstances.
Your discoveries comes through writing, exercises, and one on one coaching. Clients claim the writing practice has helped them to unearth deeply held, and often unknown belief patterns that have kept them stuck in business, love, and on their spiritual quests.
