I have been a business owner for 39 years and am experienced in running SMEs. Since the 1990s I have also had an academic and research career. I have written/edited 40 books on coaching, coaching psychology, counselling and stress management. My professional background includes being a HCPC Registered Health, hence my interest in health and wellness coaching.
