About me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor by training. While working as a counselor, I have had the opportunity to coach many people through life changes and people who are just looking to make their life, relationship or career better. I offer a supportive and strategic environment in which a person can set realistic goals, develop strategies to reach those goals, and develop ways to monitor progress. I look forward to taking the coaching journey with you!

RESULTS & GOALS
Most of my coaching clients come to me with an idea that they need to change and have trouble defining what they need to change or they need help refining what is needed to change. Once we have completed the process of clearly defining the goal of change, then I assist my clients in developing strategies to make the change, identifying potential obstacles, strategizing resolving the obstacles, and develop means by which to monitor progress toward the goal.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Coaching is a journey that I take with individuals. Consequently, coaching tends to be a relationship between my self and my client in which I offer a supportive and strategic atmosphere in which a person grows and makes the changes they desire.

PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching is one in which you and I will meet one on one in my office to set realistic goals, develop strategies, and develop means by which to monitor progress. It offers the most personal mode of coaching I provide.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching occurs completely on-line and it is beneficial for those who cannot travel to my office. I use live phone calls, texting, instant messaging, emails as well as video conferencing to work with clients and it is surprisingly easy and effective.
Short courses or group coaching
Group coaching is often a very productive atmosphere in which a client not only learns from the coach but also learns from others in the group. I will also be offering short courses and trainings over various topics in the very near future.
Ongoing training
I have several webinars on my website to assist individuals and couples take control over their finances and will be developing other trainings going forward.

I have experience working with individual and helping them meet life goals for over 20 years. Some of that time I have been a mental health and addictions counselor. I also have worked with a number of individuals and groups helping them make changes which they felt were necessary to grow.

Fees:
from $125 USD to $250 USD
The prices vary due to type of coaching - from group to individual coaching sessions. Fees also vary depending on in-person coaching versus virtual coaching.
