About me
I am a fully qualified Transformative life coach. I am Italian-Indian and have lived and studied in both countries, before settling in London. I value and celebrate individual uniqueness in a larger context of a shared, interconnected humanity. I am passionate about development and find great fulfillment in being of service to others; before training as a life coach, I worked in international development advocating for fair, sustainable and inclusive change. Similar values drive me in my work with individuals.
My approach is emergent, explorative and person-centred. In my sessions, it is the client who's the expert of his life. None but ourselves can truly know our experienced reality from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep; none but ourselves fully feels our emotions or hears the entirety of our thoughts or the visuals of our dreams. As a coach, my role is to help you find your own answers; the ones that feel right for you. I offer a safe, supportive and non judgmental space for and exploration, facilitating the process through questions, reflections and feedback as well as more tailored exercises if and when it might feel useful.
I have a particular interest in working with internal dialogue and people's relationship to themselves; noticing how this might influence other relationships as well as areas of their lives. Acceptance is indispensable to change. I believe that developing a kinder, more compassionate sense of self sets strong foundation for sustainable, positive and long lasting growth; and the better we become able to care for our needs, the more we are able to do that for others and for the world.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I have a flexible and pragmatic approach, and my style invariably varies subtly depending on client and situation. I naturally lean towards an emergent, explorative approach which is person-centred, client-led and non-directive.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
I offer face to face 1 hour sessions. During an initial consultation, we agree on your desired outcome from coaching, the type of approach which feels appropriate, commitment and fees. We then work collaboratively in a safe, confidential, non judgmental space to explore anything you want to bring to the session; your hopes and challenges, thoughts, emotions, behaviors and patterns. Through reflection, powerful questions and feedback, I can help you find your own answers in an empowering, client led process. My style is explorative, emergent, non directive.
ONLINE COACHING
I can coach on Skype or over the phone. This offers some practical advantages, for example, you can be coached from anywhere in the world, and choose your own setting which feels comfortable and conducive. In my work with clients, I have found that phone coaching can be as effective as face to face; in fact, there are times when connecting only through voice can feel extremely relaxing and liberating; it might help break past self consciousness, to allow a meaningful and profound exploration of emotional matters in a space that is held and safe.
