Hi, my name is Tabitha Canty and I am a professional life, stress management and happiness coach who has spent the past few years helping hundreds of people find balance and happiness in their lives. I mostly work with professional mothers who struggle with balancing their careers and their family life.
Whether you experience depression or anxiety, feel stressed in your career, or are facing relationship difficulties I can help work with through your feelings in a confidential and comfortable environment.

I completed my coach training with the Georgia Certified Life Coaching Academy. I also graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree Psychology and a master's degree in Forensic Psychology. I am also a Certified Anger Management and Parenting Facilitator.

Private coaching is regular one-on-one coaching that can take place online, over the phone, or in person.
Online coaching takes place completely online and is easy to keep track of your appointments, assigned tasks, and progess through the portal.
Short courses or group coaching can be run as either group coaching sessions with group coaching calls, or courses that deliver information in modules at pre-scheduled times.
