Life coach | Relationship coach |
My name is Tamara Kuselman and I am a coach/counsellor having graduated at the ACC in The Netherlands as well as a professional visual artist focused on exploring mental health related themes.
I grew up at an alternative therapies centre where both of my parents practised music and body therapy together with creative activities that were always related to integral health (body-mind). I started my personal journey with different therapies during my youth. I have worked on myself since I was very young and have always been fascinated by the human condition, human interaction and interdependencies. My first career allowed me to deepen into subjects related to mental health. Through my artistic practice, I researched 'falling' as my subject of study where I looked at the relation between control and lack of control in our thoughts and how it relates to our bodies as well as the impact of trauma and the unexpected.
During my artistic practice I also collaborated in coaching institutionalized psychiatric clients in a creative process to help them work on a different perspective on their lives, allowing them to build a prospect of a future outside of the institution.
A few years ago after Covid hit on people's mental health so hard I felt the urge and the importance to expand my studies to be able to work with people in a one-to-one setting, so I decided to become a coach and counsellor; a practice that incorporates techniques from different therapies creating a very personal way of working.
As a coach/counsellor I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in bringing awareness, overcoming obstacles, clarifying goals, and making plans of action.
We will work in a collaborative way, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. Whether you're facing challenges in relationships, career transitions, self-esteem, or personal development, I am here to guide you in your personal journey. You can expect confidential and empathetic coaching/counselling sessions.
Through coaching and counselling, we will commit to recognizing and exploring the issues that you need to address. My role as your coach entails listening with empathy to understand your reality and circumstances, and creating a deep, non-judgmental connection, which will allow you to explore your emotions and identify your desires, aspirations, and goals. Together, we will observe obstacles, develop action plans, and use various tools and techniques to assist you. The goal of our work is to raise awareness of the patterns that impact your emotional well-being while working towards a healthier path.

Exploring the obstacles, recognizing your abilities and designing your action plan: An Online Free Coaching Group Session.
Facilitator: Tamara Kuselman Coach & Counsellor, Visual Artist.
Join me for a special coaching group session focused on overcoming obstacles, embracing your strengths, and crafting an action path.
The first part of the session we will explore your obstacles: Uncover and understand the hurdles blocking you, the context where they come from, how you deal with them and the impact they have in your life.
The second part of the day we will recognize your abilities: Explore and bring to light your unique abilities in aspects of your life that are working well. The work will be to see how these skills that you already count on can be use in the areas that are needed.
To finish, we’ll work on how to design your action plan: you’ll develop your own action plan to guide you on the coming step. After deepening and understanding what’s the difficulty and recognizing your skills, you can start trying new things putting them into action.
