Ms. Williams is a Certified Professional Coach and graduate of World Coach Institute. She is the owner of I Propel You, where she provides Life, Business, Career and Executive Coaching.
She has a multi-faceted background including technology, business management, communications, marketing, learning development and program/project management. She never meets a stranger and has a passion to help others optimize and utilize their network to facilitate their growth and development.
Tamara is a catalyst for change and has a keen understanding of the power of an engaged workforce. She utilizes her communications, marketing and facilitation expertise along with her extensive Corporate Diversity and Inclusion experience to assist her clients in creating an inclusive and productive workforce.
She’s an advocate for mentoring and giving back to the community. She has held various leadership positions for non-profit and community organizations, which has aided to the growth of her expansive network and circle of influence.
She’s held various leadership positions within Fortune 500 and small businesses, including Senior Associate – Business and Learning Development at Grandslam Performance Associates, LLC; Senior Manager of Communications at Walmart Stores, Inc.; and Program Manager of IT Communications and Intranet Manager at Sprint and EMBARQ Corporation. She also owned and operated Right at Your Service, an IT Consulting Firm based in Connecticut.
Tamara holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University. She was born and raised in New London, Conn., and relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2009 where she is an active mom of three amazing.

RESULTS & GOALS
To propel means to drive, push or cause to move in a particular direction, typically forward. That's exactly what I do for my clients. I help them discover their unique Propel Path in a 3-phase process; this helps take their life, career and business to the next level.
Phase 1 - Discover your Passions
In this discovery phase, clients will explore their wants, needs and motivators.
Phase 2 - Identify your Purpose
Through a deeper connection with clients, we discuss their values, goals and what brings them joy; which enables us to identify their purpose.
Phase 3 - Unlock your Potential
When clients identify what they are passionate about and what they were destined to do, it allows us to unlock their potential and propel them to the next level.
When my clients are operating along their Propel Path, they realize better time management, increased productivity, enhanced self-confidence and an overall sense of satisfaction with their “whole selfâ€. This allows me to propel their life, career and business to the next level.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Each client is different, therefore we create a custom Propel Path based on your individual needs, goals and timeline. I give my clients the tools, guidance and support to ensure they are making measurable progress, exceeding expectations and ultimately propelling to the next level.
Clients generally receive 2 to 4 Coaching Sessions per month (45-60 minutes each) with unlimited email support. I don't require a long-term contract, but I discuss each client's level and initial length of commitment toward achieving their coaching goals.

Fees:
from $100 USD to $250 USD
Life Coaching starts at $100/hour - 2 sessions/month at $350 - 4 sessions/month at $750. Career, Executive and Business Coaching Fees vary depending on individual needs.
