About me

Hello, and I am glad that you’re here! My business is about YOUR goals. I offer nearly 20 years experience working in the industry of health professions, Ph.D. in psychology and I have been a business owner for nearly 10 years as a mental health provider. I have a keen sense of knowledge of how to navigate during and through times of adversity in reaching one’s goals. PRIVATE COACHING

My coaching services are offered on a 1:1 basis and are most times virtual. My niche is in working with individuals who feel "stuck" while trying to navigate their way through adversity or very trying and challenging times. I am also a small business owner of nearly 10 years with experience in mentoring others aspiring to become business owners.

Individual coaching is offered as either a one time sessions or can be bundled in 2 individual packages consisting of either 6 or 12 weeks (sessions). Each package offers email, chat, goal identification, written plans, deadlines, etc. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

For business coaching and consultation, I offer a business needs assessment, complete SWOT analysis, email, chat support and virtual conference. Additionally, I offer written plans and deadlines, progress tracking, etc. all offered at one price!
