Having worked with and coached professionals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, my focus in every coaching session is to hold the space for my clients, be curious about where they are and where they want to be and help them tap into their wisdom and strengths to bridge this gap.
I let the clients call the shots , decide actions for them so that they own them and are empowered to take charge of the situation.
I conduct coaching sessions via Zoom/ Google meet across India, US, Europe and Canada and am comfortable working across various time zones.

In a short span of her career, she has worked in Management Education, Interviewed more than 2500 mid management and senior management professionals for EMBA, started her own Career Coaching company in India and has facilitated more than 600 virtual individual and group career coaching sessions for mid level managers and senior managers to aspiring women leaders across organisations in US,UK, Europe, Singapore and India.

She is currently also associated as a mentor Coach with the University of Toronto where she works with Corporate Leaders to hone their coaching skills for a Coaching Certification Program.

I usually prefer to sign up for a bundle of 3 to 6 sessions which give the client an opporrunity to be consistent and at the same time be at a position for measuring the effectiveness of the coaching process. A one off coaching session is soemthing that I discourage because it takes time to build a connect between a coach and a client.
However I make sure I always have a 30 mins discovery call with the clients first to understand what their exact need is and see if they have any questions about coaching and how it works and then we decide if we are a good macth for each other
