About me
Working over 15 years in corporate america has taught me that being passionate about what you do and raising your energy and joy levels matters on many levels which led me to working with clients in a more personal and effective way. I empower people and help them change exhaustion and hopelessness about life into a life of passionate energy. I do this through tools that integrate mind, body and spirit to work for their life's vision.
I am trained via Tony Robbins - Chloe Madanes Coaching Program with concentration on working with women and Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques. I am also trained in body and energy work and use them to break up blocks where necessary. These have all helped me connect to my clients so they can connect with who they truly are.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I create a tailored program based on each clients needs and include assignments to take actions that help them move past blocks; watch videos, read content or other collateral that helps them see past blind spots; and ultimately connect, coach and empower them in the areas of their lives that they want to grow in.
I tell them what others are afraid to talk about, and build them up where others have torn them down. Ultimately I empower my clients to take control in their lives and accomplish what they may not have even dreamed.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have 15+ years in IT Corporate companies and know the struggles of the working class 9-5. My own struggles in it led me to make changes in my life and seek training that could help me empower others.
I'm also trained in bodywork and energy work which means I am very in tune with how emotions/stress gets trapped in the body and how to aid in its release. I even created techniques that combine bodywork/coaching to create unique healing for individuals.
