About me

I am a codependent who has invested many years in my recovery. While struggling through years of low self-esteem, failed relationships, loss and overwhelming hardships, I have managed to find my way to peace and happiness. I am the author of a blog called, "Diary of a Recovering Codependent" and use it to help encourage others struggling with codependency.
