Because I'd been where you are now. I'd been struggling with my body through my school years big time. First I was overweight and always dieting then I was anorexic who exercised too much and made poor food choices. But then I stopped the cycle, accepted myself and my body and learned to love myself. And during that process I also realized that by sharing my experience I could help so many people not to repeat my mistakes.
So here I am. To help You, to listen to You, to guide You and to show You the way to be both healthy and happy!
I lke to coah my clients in a friendly way, supporting and cheering them all the way through. But I'll also hold you accountable to the promises you'll make and will help you to stick with your healthy new routines and to learn to love them.
Private coachiing is the best option for you if you prefer to discuss things one on one in a comfortable atmospere. We will meet in person over a cup of tee and cofee once a week. The timing of a session is 1 hour and it's a 3 months coaching program (minimum) .
The online coaching program is the best option for you if you have a busy life and it hard for you to find an hour during a day to sit and discuss things or you just live in a different country than me and meeting in person is simply impossible. That way we will correspond via e-mail and you can write to me 24/7, whenever you need my help and I will respond as fast as I can.
It's a 1 month coachibg package that coud be renewed monthly.
Everyone had to start somewhere and I know it could be hard sometimes, I'd been there. But I know from personal expeerience that everything is possible and there's no better time than now.
