With me coaching is an empowering process of awareness and action that not only helps you get clear about the kind of life you want to lead, but gives you a safe place to plan and test the changes you want to make. Here you will be heard, held accountable, and supported so that when you step out in a new direction, it’s a conscious choice based on your values.
ONLINE COACHING
Career Coaching is for the times in your life when you’re planting new seeds or harvesting change. Together we can look at how you contribute to our community as you establish your goals and priorities, redefine success, plan and execute your roadmap, and celebrate your victories. Career Coaching with me takes into account all of who you are so Life Coaching and time in nature (Wilderness Coaching) is always a part of the process.
Short courses or group coaching
As a coach I understand that change begins with awareness, so I will help you bring new awareness to life through custom seminars. My focus, just as with coaching, includes identifying and responding to changing careers, learning to embrace new roles, getting clear about and implementing your new life vision which – for some – includes dealing with the grief and loss of a job. My seminars are geared toward helping you to process your experience and find practical ways to apply insights to your career. You can join me for scheduled events or hire me to present the content as a guest speaker or group facilitator.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
As your Career Coach I focus on personal growth and career satisfaction. I’m a cross-pollinator of ideas with a background in broadcast journalism (BA), social and ecopsychology (MA), and coaching (ACSTH Coach Training, ICF Member, Associate Certified Coach). My nearly two decades of experience has helped me to identify the power of story in connecting us to each other as well as to our environment. I’m a believer in the power of reflection, practical application, and celebrating victories. I also understand that the more we all live our dream, the more we can model it for future generations.
Fee description
Fees:
from $100 USD to $450 USD
My base coaching rate is $100 per hour. To find career clarity or to jump start your career redirection the minimum package is five coaching sessions, including a 90 minute introduction, and a free consultation.
