Tiffany served as Director of Talent Acquisition for Schottenstein Store Corporation which owns stakes in DSW and American Signature Furniture; American Eagle Outfitters, retail liquidator SB Capital Group and some 50 shopping centers and 5 factories.


She launched her career with Walt Disney World Corporation and has over 18 years of leadership experience with other FORTUNE 200 Companies ARAMARK, Abbott and Ecolab.


She is now the President of PACE Human Capital Group, a national business coaching firm that specializes in developing your personal efficiency and effectiveness. Our one-on-one comprehensive business coaching, personal branding, career transition resume assistance and interview skill development makes PACE HCG one of the most sought after firms.
