I don't settle, I don't wait. I change what I can. I speak out and I will show you how I do it, if that's what you want too.
I want more from my life. I know I can have it and I deserve it and I have chosen to use my passion for investment property to help me achieve that.
But I didn't always feel like that or believe in myself. It might have looked like it, but it wasn't really true.
I've ridden many rollercoasters to get to my place of peace and now I'm remodelling that to take my lifestyle to the next level. Using all the tools and skills I've learned through a gazillion courses and workshops, books and audios and I've packaged it all up to help YOU do the same.
You see, the reason that you haven't invested in property (or anything else) yet is not because you can't afford it or you're not quite ready, though that's what you tell yourself. It's because you're scared. You fear making a mistake and getting it wrong.
The people I work with find that once they have all the knowledge and support they need to get their lives together, for the sake of their future, that they're not scared any more. Knowledge brings power and the tools I teach bring transformations to so many lives in so many really different ways.

I help my clients to take ACTION. Often they know what they want to do but they have no idea how to actually achieve that and they're scared of taking the next step for fear of making a mistake and buying the wrong property or getting themselves into something they don't really understand.
My clients can totally change so many different areas of their lives through the lessons in my online course. They will primarily get to know themselves and then learn how to make the best decisions for their own set of circumstances.

I've been in the real estate industry for around 15 years, and have been a property investor myself. Our investment properties have allowed us to lead a privileged lifestyle filled with travel and new experiences.
Over the years I've watched as investors made some great decisions and some who made some atrocious ones! I really do believe that if you buy the right property to suit your goals, your budget and your lifestyle, that it will server you well, over time.
One of the biggest problems I see in would be investors is their inability to make a decision, to have faith in themselves. By offering information and education as well as support and guidance on all things property, I have helped my clients to move from a state of indecision and frustration to one of satisfaction and control.
I am now using my own experience with renovating to document my adventure towards buying my next investment property
