About me
I currently hold a B.S. in Human Services and have over 20 years of combined experience in Social Services and Mental Health settings.
I began my career in New York State back in 1992 with the Orange County Mental Health Association working with teens in crisis. I went on to serve as a member of the Orange County Youth Advisory Board, and later became a member of the County Comprehensive Planning committee before founding a youth advocacy organization. I was recognized for my outstanding service to the youth of New York State by the NYS Governor's Office, Orange County Executive, Orange County Mental Health Association, and NYS Congressmen Ben Gilman.
In 1996 I moved to the State of Florida to be with my family where I earned my B.S. in Human Services before beginning my graduate studies in the counseling
I completed my internship as a Juvenile Justice Aftercare Counselor, before moving on to work with youth in the Florida foster care system. During this time period I volunteered my time to assist local churches in creating faith based programming for at risk children and also served as a volunteer with the Pasco County school system working with ESE students
Since that time I have been in the Mental Health field working with homeless and mentally ill clients while I am completing my M.S. in Counseling.
Now for those who need my assistance I offer one on one life coaching on a sliding scale to make a difference in people's lives who need help, but have fallen through the cracks of the system unable to obtain the help they need, or for people who wish to change, but don't desire "professional" help like therapy.

I will work with you and your family to provide the attention you desire and the quality time that you need to help you in a way that traditional programs with limited resources can’t provide. My goal is that no one will ever “slip through the cracks.†I will work with you, your children, or your whole family to provide an intensive array of services that includes mentoring, recreation, coaching, life skills, academic support, career development, job placement, and service referrals to other agencies. Everything is geared towards making a difference in the life of you and your entire family on a individual basis.

Monthly plans: Bronze 25$ 1 online or in person session (local) phone, e-mail, and text coaching. Silver 50$ 2 online or in person sessions (local) phone, e-mail,and text coaching. Gold 100$ 4 online or in person sessions (local) phone, e-mail,and text coaching.
Per session rates without package usually vary from 25$ to 50$ based on income
