I am a professional Life Coach who specializes in personal growth, relationship and career coaching, and I maintain a private practice in Herndon, Virginia.
I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a professional Life Coach, I’ve also presented nationally to general audiences speaking on the topics of life, relationships, and career.
I am a collaborative, solution-focused Life Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.
After having had a successful accounting career, I decided to follow my passion and start a life coaching practice. I was always the go to person for advice and it was only fitting that I continue what I already loved doing. My passion for helping people was always at the forefront of everything. I could also continue to use my analytical skills that I developed over my accounting career.
I am currently the CEO of multiple businesses. I am a proud mother of a daughter who is in her second year of college. I am also living a full life of adventure, with the love of my life. I am a visionary at heart. My belief system is that we can be, do, and have whatever we want! So, I did just that. I wanted to run multiple businesses of industries that interested me. I wanted to spend my life helping people. I got the best of "all" worlds. I would love to see my clients have the same joyful, and fulfilled life!

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is based on the law of attraction. I am a Certified Advanced Law of Attraction Practitioner. I use a combination of online coaching, with one on one calls, and text messages/and or emails. I allow my clients to have a very hands on approach because it is their life and taking the initiative to make these changes, they will eventually have the tools to make the changes necessary for total life transformation.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I haven't always had an easy life but then again most of us haven't. For those that succeed in life they have learned how to turn things around in spite of all of the challenges they have gone through. I for one, did just that. I was always the go to person when my friends had any issues or needed someone to just listen to. After spending 20 years doing accounting, I realized that I was missing out on my other passions. One of my passions is helping people. I realized for me there is no greater joy than seeing others succeed and excel in their potential. So I decided to train and learn more about life coaching. For the past year, I have been coaching clients and helping them turn their lives around. I like to help and guide my clients. I never tell them what to do. I give them the proper tools, and help them remove the obstacles so that they can make the changes to their lives that they desire. Only then will the changes become a part of who they are.
