My professional background spans over 25 years in business and leadership roles, with specific experience in human resources, sales process improvement, information processing, data processing and telecommunications. I currently serve as the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant with Boston and Associates LLC, a Talent Management Consulting firm, whose practice areas include Inclusion and Diversity Consulting, Cultural Competency and Intelligence, and Executive and Minority Coaching.

Our consultants offer seasoned as well as newly-hired employees a sounding board, a trusted advisor and a new way of looking at their job and their interactions with other employees. We are equipped to help our clients improve behavior patterns and guide individuals into positive interactions with others, while continually linking the coaching to business results.
