About me
When I think in terms of quality of life I immediately think in terms of success and what a successful life should look like; what I have, what I own, how free I am to play and travel. But over the years I have recognized that there have been times when, even having all these things, I was still unhappy. Why is that? How can that be? We've been trained by society to believe and be defined by a big house, nice car, great spouse, kids going to good schools, great vacations and good looks. All part of the vision we hold onto to find happiness, success and live our lives to the fullest.
We work incessantly trying to reach these goals. But I have had the great fortune to learn otherwise; not only from my own life experience but also as a Life Coach and Spiritual Advisor I have had the opportunity to step into the hearts and minds of hundreds of people who have achieved all these things and still feel unfulfilled. "What's missing? "There's got to be more."
The goals are not just obtaining financial success, but to have the most enjoyable life possible. What does it all mean if we look back over our lives and realize we never took a minute to enjoy any of our successes (mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally or even financially)? We have been given a great gift; the ability to create the life we want. The real goal is to improve our quality of life. Complete happiness can only be obtained by releasing our resistance and our struggle with whatever it is we are challenged by. Stop being addicted to the struggle and get addicted to the progress! This is by no means a passive act. It takes great courage and faith. When you are drowning it is not so easy to relax into it. But, it is only by relaxing into it that you will begin to float and finally learn how to swim. You might even enjoy it.

Everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. We can define and find that together. Many of us are Christians and feel conflicted about our beliefs and being on a Spiritual Journey. Rarely do we talk about what are considered Spiritual things. I'm sure you have heard things that contradict with what you've been taught. I can show you how to line up your life with the Word of GOD or whatever you personal mantras are.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Nothing is set in stone. What works for one person may not work for another. I have clients that need that one-on-one. Others prefer to be in a group setting. Others like doing both. Whatever your needs we will create a Life Strategy Plan and assess what will get you to your goals the quickest and help you maintain the progress we make. I prefer to connect online or via telephone. Clients are more likely to be honest with me and themselves using these platforms. Remember the biggest lies we tell are the ones we tell ourselves.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have been a professional singer. I have and well continue as a radio host. I previously worked as a Career Development Instructor for the Siemens Corporation and developed curriculum for the After School Matters Program. I am also a former Head Instructor for the Barbizon School of Modeling. I taught over 2,500 students and had the pleasure of seeing several students in movies, television, commercials, print ads, and pageants.

I have online course that you can complete on your own. There are coaching groups that connect monthly or bi-monthly with teleclasses, webinars, and teleseminars. For individual clients we create a Life Strategy Plan and based upon my assessment we come up with a plan of action for coaching.
