It is our goal to help our clients in the area of personal Leadership that they are empowered beyond the workforce but also within the commiunities they resides in. Rather an individual ever becomes "The Leader" of an organization or company, they will feel confident in knowing that they are "A Leader"! 

Our approach to coaching is more of a mixture of Holistic - Democractic method. The Holistic coaching method leads the way helping the client to see that everything is connected, that the individual is a sum of all their parts. The Democratic coaching method gives the individual or team the freedom and accountability to keep the process going. This process helps the client to feel empowered and in control with the coach stepping in when needed to provide instructions, encouragement, and to ask open-ended questions. The Holistic approach is the means where as the coach provides the gas and oil for the vehicle in the Democratic approach that the client is in control of his/her decision-making.

We offer an online coaching program via Zoom to schedule at your convience. After our intial assessment and consultation we can decide on what program is best for you. Each session fee starts at $75 per session or based on a speciality program to help you fulfill your goals. Our Specialty Program consist of:

Our WeYou coaching program is geared towards being available to you on a need to need basis. Maybe you don't need to complete a program but would like to schedule session on a weekly or monthly basis to help you move through diffenert phases of your life. We want to be as flexible as we need to be so that this is not a stressful process in helping you to become all that you desire to be.

After 15 yrs of living the street life I came to a crossroad in my life. Either go on the bitter end: jails, institution, and death; or find a new way to live. For the past 20 yrs I've committed myself to this new way of life. By going through this process of transformation, I have committed myself to sharing my experince, strength, and hope to those who are looking for a better way to live.

Through this process I have developed into a responsible productive member of society, operating in my gift of teaching. I became a Certified Master Life Coach through the Transformation Acadmey in 2021. It is my desire to share with others the leadership principles that transformed my life as I continue to reach my full potential.
