I do help clients with anxiety, stress, lack of motivation, confusion, inability to achieve their goals, trauma, childhood problems, bullying, highly sensitivity. 

I like to start with a chat, then prefer to do hypnotherapy to find the root cause of the issue. I usually guide my clients but let them decide the method that best works for them. Some like to talk about their issues, I guide them change their story and perspective. Others like to be hypnotize and go deeper. Some like to be asked questions and try to figure out the answers. 

Life coaching sessions are 60 minutes and cost 60$.

RTT hypnotherapy sessions are 90-120 minutes long and cost 150$.

A package of RTT session and 6 life coaching sessions cost 450$.

I coach clients online using zoom, skype whatever suits the client. I'ld like to know my clients before starting the sessions and give a 30-40minutes free discovery session to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Almost 22 years ago, I found myself lost, confused, sad and forced to carry responsibility. I was overworked, depressed. It was during this period that I noticed a flyer about a meditation and yoga retreat, I registered and attended. It was during this time that I started meditating, reading, and my personal growth journey begun.

While working as a nurse, I went to different retreats, seminars like UPW by Tony Robbins, Millionaire Mindset, Echkart Tolle, Sadhguru, Marriane Williamson etc. I also went to different therapies CBT, shamanic healing, reiki healing, hypnotherapy, family constellation, etc.

Until now I work on my growth and development and help clients find solutions, connect to themselves, find satisfaction, grow and move forward in their lives.
