Thank you for reading! I have been with all walks of life for over 35 years as a hairstylist, I have been coaching on the side forever. I love to help people feel good about themselves, as a stylist and now as a full time Life Coach. My type of coaching is vision driven coaching, as we are all more powerful than we ever could image. It is expansive coaching to help you move forward and let go of the non serving beliefs.

I have been studying the last 5 years and am certified in 7 areas, my last one is with the Brave Thinking Institute and in September of 2021 received my DreamBuilders Coaching certificate. It brought together all my other certificans:

Doing transformational work through the DreamBuilders 12 week course is the best way to make a great change. It can be one on one, or in groups that can help cost go down. Investing in yourself is the most powerful thing you can do to change your life!

I also do coaching that doesn't need a 12 week program, it can be week by week.

I offer a free session to see if we are a good fit and to see what type of coaching would be best.
