I establish rapport with clients and develop a synergistic relationship to promote their gaining of insight, objective, perspective, and provide them with inspiring, empathetic, motivational support to address their personal and professional life issues as I guide them on the path to achieving their identified goals and aspirations.

The lives of the clients I serve are enriched through the services I provide. Through my passion for life coaching, I assist individuals in the exploration of their innate, untapped potential and in creating an enriching and purposeful life. I believe there is a rich spiritual element and a rewarding effect in bringing out the best in others. I coach with focus on results by engaging clients to be goal oriented and to be committed in pursuing their desired goals. In the scope of my profession, I engage with individuals on a daily basis assisting them in exploring and unleashing of the power and wisdom that lies within them. It is indeed amazing to see how individuals who were once inhibited by the crippling experiences of negative life events and limiting belief system, learn how to harness the courage and the will-power they need to transform their ways of thinking and doing to promote their success relative to their identified goals and life pursuits.

The overall direction of the coaching sessions is based on a holistic approach that is client driven. I view the client as a whole and address their issue or issues that contribute to the presenting circumstances relative to the cause and effect perspective. Working with clients from a holistic approach the client will gain a better understanding of self and their contentedness to their environment, gain insight to their sense of purpose, and promote willingness to learn how to affect needed change to enhance and create balance in their lives. They will gain knowledge of how to promote relief from stressful life situations and foster improvement in relationships, and various aspects of their lives to enhance personal, professional growth and enrichment.

One -on one life coaching sessions is a one hour weekly collaborative effort over a span of 3-4 months that requires commitment from both client and coach in identifying through meaningful questioning and motivational discussions client's desired goals and aspirations. Through the process of an initial interview client's goals and desired outcome are identified and agreed upon. With respect, integrity, confidentiality, professionalism and partnership I aim to build long-term supportive relationship that will promote the enhancement of clients achieving their identified goals.

Most clients prefer private life coaching online/per telephone as it eliminates the travel time. This also facilitates the limitlessness of geographical location. Online coaching provides anonymity and clients are at liberty to be more honest and open in discussing the issues and concerns of their life circumstances. Distance coaching via telephone also eliminates the possibility of client coach interaction in public setting where some clients may feel apprehensive of running into their life coach.

Coaching group sessions for group size of 8 to 10 for a duration of once weekly for 6 to 8 weeks sessions are facilitated to engage clients in a corporate setting for discussion of key topics inclusive of parenting skills, fulfilling life purpose, self discovery,and personal development. The sessions last for 50 - 60 minutes and are geared toward individuals learning to be more open in communicating in a group setting and connecting with individuals who are embarking on a similar journey; the exploration of self-development. Group sessions are now available locally and consideration is being given to Skype sessions in the near future. Investment cost per group session  starts at $500.00  (Rates are tailored based on client's need)

Violet Burke is a registered clinical social worker who honed a Master's degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus in behavioral sciences from Barry University. She currently provides services to individuals and families through life coaching and in the field of social work as a clinical therapist, applying Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and other client centered approaches.

She constantly pursues knowledge and skills and uphold values that advance the welfare of the individuals she serves, who are faced with personal life challenges and social issues. She herself has gained positive results from being guided through her career path, personal and spiritual goal achievements by a life coach.

In conjunction with her educational and professional background, she embraces the experiences of her spiritual journey as they facilitate the awareness and intuitiveness necessary to her overall well-being and fosters her ability to provide services that promotes the growth and development of others.She has years of work and life experience among varying age group and diverse cultural population in support of coping styles, social supports, in a variety of sensitive client setting.
