HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Wade’s coaching principles and practices were developed from the one-on-one coaching principles and practices he discovered in the life of Jesus. It is all about self-discovery. Wade will steer you through developing SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-specific), overcoming obstacles, identifying resources, and determining action steps that get you where you want to go.

Wade has a passion for dream interpretation, and enjoys coaching others in their pursuit of hearing God.
His experience includes starting Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Independence with John Wimber, and serving on the Board of Directors of Bridge Ministries International with John Paul Jackson.
