Whenever I am greeted, my response is always, "I am happy to be alive!"
Those that know me best even finish the sentence before I can complete it! What most don't know, however, is what I have gone through in order to acquire such a positive outlook on life.
Life started out at a rough angle when my parents decided to abandon their parental responsibility(or so I THOUGHT) leaving me (thankfully) my grandparents to raise me.
Later, as a high school freshman, I narrowly survived a hit-and-run accident.
I was hospitalized for a period of time with little hope of pulling through.
I also suffered a heart attack in the prime of my life at 29.
I began to realize, after some soul searching that I had a purpose for being here.
My paradigm began to shift from going through the motions of just simply living, to living life with a purpose!
After honorably serving my country in the US Air Force I wanted to use my knowledge and skill to be of service to others.
Thus, I started my own company: Xcellent Solutions LLC.
I started with a simple dream of providing self-defense instruction and
consultation to real estate professionals, but it quickly snowballed into
being sought after for fitness training (group boot camps/personal training) and speaking, just to name a few!
I am so blessed to be able to use all my God-given talents in a wide range of expertise.
I consult on self-defense and awareness training for real estate agents and corporate America, facilitate fitness boot camps and personal training, and I am also a professional/motivational speaker.
Drawing from my strong foundation of faith, family support, and inspiration from key people in my immediate circle, I now know that...
It's not about what others can do for me; It's about the mission of serving others!

I broke my femur in a car accident 7 months ago and repairing the muscles and ligaments has been the most difficult part of my journey. I did 3 months of intense physical therapy to get me to where I could continue on my own, but progress was still slow. Xavier gave me a demo of the Power Plate and it was a great experience. The frequencies and vibrational power allowed my thigh muscles to involuntarily engage and work with zero conscious effort from me. Xavier was clearly knowledgeable about the performance of the Power Plate and combined with my experience since the accident, I can tell that the Power Plate would make faster strides in my healing. 5 out of 5 ?, would definitely recommend!
I am someone that lives with a lot of chronic pain from a surgery I had a couple years ago and the DNA Jazz band Xavier recently introduced me to has helped so much. I went from being in pain to have my ankle feel like it did before my injury. It is honestly one of the most amazing things. I have tried multiple things before and nothing gives me the relief that The Jazz band does. XL not only brings quality products but also an amazing mind set to health and wellness.
By far Coach X is the best trainer that I have ever had and it's not even close. He doesn't just work on your body but he also works on your mind and we'll being. When you first come into the Dungeon the first thing he ask is how are you feeling and if that day let's say your back is hurting or something to that affect he'll change the whatever program that you and him were going to do to one that will address the need that your body needs for that particular day. He taught me about the body type diet which consist of eating foods that are strictly geared towards what your body type is and I tell you in this last year and a half since I been with Coach X I've never felt better. Also some of the healthy snacks that I've purchased from Coach are the Honey Stinger Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Cracker Bars and the Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Bars. All I can say is that if you sign up with Coach X you will not regret it one bit. Patience and Dedication is one of the many saying the Coach preaches.
Working out with coach X was literally so amazing. He pushed me the perfect amount and it feel great. He taught me new moves that worked for my needs and he motivated me to keep going. Before, during and after our workout I was craving more because he made me feel so good mind, body and soul. I can’t wait for our next workout. ?

Coach X is a great coach. His workouts are never the same and I always leave there drenched in sweat and so shocked I made it through the workout. Not only does he push you to do your best but he makes you feel like you are strong enough to do it. To push harder for another 10 seconds. He's encouraging and makes sure you get a workout to your liking! You won't regret working out with him, you may hate him in the moment and be cursing but you'll thank him in the end. I'm thankful for him and his workouts!
Very few people LISTEN...Xavier absolutely does. His positivity is infectious and the results speak for themselves.
I have recently just been introduced to the Top Trainer products and through them have found Xavier. He is great about communication and goes the extra mile to get your questions answered accurately and in a timely manner. I have ordered twice now through him, the products come quickly and with the personal touch Xavier adds.
