Hey there!
I go by Zhenya, and I am a certified Career Transition and Life coach.
Basically, I work with motivated professionals to better every aspect of their lives to help them reach the life and career they have always wanted.
I first became curious about life coaching when I realized that I was already coaching my friends and family through similar situations. I proceeded to land an opportunity at an emotional support hotline, which is what solidified my decision to become a life coach. I realized I loved REALLY listening to what people had to say. I wanted to play a part in helping them work through their challenges and career goals as a guide and accountability partner.
I am also visually impaired, and have mastered how to live my best life despite all of the bariers life has thrown my way. I will teach you how to do the same. We will embark on the journey of self-discovery and learning how to appreciate yourself and your life (the one you have right now), in order to keep moving forward.
I obtained my Life Coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance in 2020, and have been providing coaching services ever since.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I've had over the years to work with so many humble and genuine individuals. I believe we can all learn something from one another, which is what truly makes this work so rewarding.
My approach changes from client to client because not every single person is the same. I will meet you where you are in life, and empower you to be the best that you can be as we work through the things holding you back, together. I believe that with access to the right tools, your mind is the main obstacle in preventing you from becoming a limitless version of yourself.

I meet you where you are in life and in your career, and empower you to be the best version of yourself from that point on. I offer a free consultation where I just listen. I listen to what you have to say, what kind of coaching style works with your personality, I get to know you as an individual first. Then we tackle your goals, obstacles, and dreams head on in future sessions by breaking them down into digestable tasks. I hold you accountable by checking in with you throughout the week via email to ensure you are doing your coaching homework.
I provide coaching sessions by the hour. My coaching model involves tackling productivity, building habits, and working on goal setting. You have the ability to pay up front for 5 sessions, or book sessions as needed. I also have a resume editor with 20 years of experience on my team. She also helps with cover letter editing, interview prep, and linked-in optimization.
All of my coaching services are offered remotely, only via Zoom. I will send you a Zoom link along with any additional information a week prior to our meeting.
I am visually impaired and have figured out how to achieve any goal I set for myself, despite the bariers that society throws at me daily. I tell you this not for you to feel bad, but because I can teach you the same methods to help you move past the life you have now and help you reach your limitless potential in whatever you decide to do.
I surround myself with honest people, and I will never be anything less than authentic with you during our coaching sessions. I will tell you what I think (only if you want my advice/opinion). Otherwise, I truly just listen. There is a non-judgmental policy in place in my coaching practice. I encourage you to keep your camera off during our sessions, and I do the same. When there is anonymity, there is space to feel more yourself and be able to express this honestly to your coach.
1 hour-long coaching session (most popular): $100
5 1-hour coaching sessions: $450
Resume & Cover Letter editing (most popular): $150/HR
Resume & Cover Letter Writing Package: $500 for both.
