I have been fortunate to coach clients anywhere from high school boys trying to figure themselves out to middle aged men looking to build the confidence to get married. Each time I coach someone I find something i can learn from them and apply it to my life as well. I believe that the coach/client relatonship is so powerful that you can make anything happen for yourself. If you want it and commit to doing it a coach will only get you there faster.
When a client completes their time with me they have learned the skills and tools to be a strong and confident person. This will help them develop and maintain better relationships and gain overall success in there day to day life. Just to list one skills a client will learn is how to make and sustain healthy bounaries with others in order that you can stay happy and stress free.
My main focus in coaching is the one on one coaching calls. Throughout the time working with me I will also create tailor made exercises for you to focus on the topics that are holding you back from success. One thing forsure, I will not let you fall back into those bad habits that are causing you to be unhappy.
Since the onset of Covid 19 I've transfered over to being completely a virtual coach. There are some clients that i havent even seen face to face. I believe that not only does it not take away from the success it might even increase the level of success you can attain.
Fees: from $150 USD to $350 USD
Generally I have an 8 weeks grouping of sessions to optimize the experience and make sure you are ready to take the new skills you learn and are able to apply it to your life on your own.
