Sessions to be scheduled in advance and more or less the same time frame week to week.

Any cancellations have to be made at least 3 days in advance.

I do scheduled one-on-one coaching with my clients which take place either by phone or in person. I also do online (skype) group sessions which is more cost effective for the individual.

I am willing to work outside of office hours if arranged in advance.

This form of coaching takes place completely online via skype video/call/chat and will be scheduled weekly at the same time. This makes it easier for both parties to plan their lives around these sessions.

Group coaching can be run as either group coaching sessions with group coaching calls, or courses that deliver information in modules at pre-scheduled times. Discussions are facilitated using skype chat.

I began my career in the retail sector in 1994 at Truworths Pty Ltd and over the years had the priviledge of working at companies such as Shell SA Woolworths, Transnet Pension Fund Administrators, Edcon, PriceWaterhouseCooper and Momentum where I was the Head of Recruitment since 2008. In 2011 I joined General Electric SA to head up Recruiting Operations in Sub-Sahara Africa and later took on portfolios to lead the Talent Acquisition efforts for the GE Transportation and GE Energy businesses in Southern Africa. No stranger to the boardroom I have over 21 years experience of which 12 years was focused on Human Capital Management. Over the past 10 years I've worked closely with Senior Managers and Executives of various corporations. I am also a single mother of 3 who has made headway in career and personal growth.  In my lifetime I've grieved loved ones who have passed on, I've been through divorce, retrenchment and more. Through it all I've come to understand the awesome power behind having someone in your corner, a positive mindset and the willpower of the human spirit.

* Group Life coaching sessions run for a 10 week period and is priced at R3000 per person payable in advance.

* R1200 per month, for two people which consists of 4 sessions per month. Sessions are scheduled weekly at the same time.

* Private Life coaching sessions are R375pp, per session for 6 weeks

* Divorce Care Coaching sessions are R450pp,  per session for 8 - 12 weeks
