I specialize in holding my clients accountable to the goals they set. My gifting lends itself to personal growth in a very practical way. If you say you want something, but your actions tell me you don't, I'll let you know that. I want to be the objective support you need. You can expect compassionate and straight forward answers. To do new things and to make changes, you have to do and try new things!

I prefer to meet once a week either with video chat or on the phone to go over the previous week, set goals, and brainstorm in other areas. I usually will work with the client to establish some goals for the week, or longer term. Midweek I will check in with the client with a digital message in some format to keep them in check and on task.

With that being said, I'm flexible and realize everyone's needs are different. I can customize my approach to your needs or situation.

I like to do weekly 1 hour calls and midweek emails and messaging. That being said, I can tailor my service to fit your personal needs and schedule.

I can do any online platform: Google hangouts, Skype, Zoom, FaceTime.

I am a former College Baseball Player at an NCAA Division 2 School, so I know what hard work is and achieving and performing at a high level.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude in my undergraduate and with a 4.0 in my Masters program from my University completely debt free, so I know how to manage finances and also achieve academically at a high level.

I grew up on a farm in rural Missouri and went to school in a town with a population of around 1,000 people. I have also interned at a 40 million/year distribution warehouse in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. I know how to relate to the slower paced rural lifestyle or the fast paced urban lifestyle.

I have taught the last 6 years in a public high school, spending much time coaching athletes and mentoring and motivating students. You think you struggle with passion and motivation? I work with teenagers that many times don't want to be where they are...and you know I have patience!!

I recently celebrated my 7th anniversary to my beautiful wife Katlynn a week after witnessing the arrival of our 3rd child (all 3 of them are under 5 years old). While note decades into my parenting or spouse journey, I feel both components of my life are in a very good place.

I have spent much time in ministry and mission work, including spending 7 months residing in the Republic of Panama. My Christian Faith is central to all I do!

I charge $75/hr of coaching. A typical arrangement would consist of an hour meeting each week and unlimited messaging during the week for an additional $25 (half hour).
