Session Structure:
A 30 minute coaching sessions conducted weekly via zoom.
Each session will focus on specific topics, goal progress, challenges, and/or insights. Sample topic ideas:
• Identify pattern behavior that are holding you back.
• Understand where it came from and how it impacts your life.
• Develop goals and actionable plans.
• Practice various mental exercises and intervention strategies to overcome emotional struggles.
• Measure progress to celebrate your success.
