Six Month Spiritual Coaching includes

Coaching Sessions - Three 40 - 60-minute zoom conferences to  delve into the problem and work through it from the inside out.

Mindfulness and Guided Imagery - These techniques have been proven to calm the mind, provide clarity and, propel the client forward through introspection.

Goal Accountability - I will track the goals that you have set for yourself so that you can see the real progress you have made.

Zen Gift - You will receive a small package that will help you relax your mind and create the sacred space needed to work.
