    We will undertake our Risk Analysis Program. Our Risk Analysis Program will look at various aspects of your business.

    Sound risk management should reduce the chance that a particular event will take place. Sound risk management also protects business wealth.

  3. Module 3 : Step 3 – Defining Your Uniqueness

    This step takes us into the realm of YOU and your business.

    You will be working on YOUR uniqueness. You need to determine why you are better than your competitors. What does your product or service offer that your competitors do not offer? We will repeat this same uniqueness for your business.

    You will have developed a USP which will be a handy tool for when you are meeting people at networking meetings and other business meetings.

    It is important that you discover niche markets. In this section, we encourage you to review your niche markets and opportunities.

  4. Module 4 : Step 4 – Developing a profitable business model

    Non-performing areas of your business need to reviewed and addressed. Sometimes, this may mean reassembling and realigning parts of your business structure.

    We will cover the areas essential for you to develop a profitable business model. Even if your business is profitable now, there are always other methods and techniques that can increase profits and take your business to the next level.

    Your current Game Plan will be assessed as to whether it is still working in your business.

    This step involves the preparation of your Business Plan plus other financial management tools based upon the development of a profitable business model. Your Business Plan is your BLUEPRINT of your business. No business should be without a Business Plan.

    5. Branding

    A business can operate satisfactorily if it does not have employees. Finding the right balance of employees mix for your business can be difficult from time to time due to seasonality, the experience and skills required.
    It is critical to find the best employees for your business so that your business can flourish knowing that the business can grow with you or without you in the business. That is the way your business should operate – without you in the business.
    Our resources will show you how to find the right people, where to find the best employees and how to recruit these people.

    Every business owner requires an entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore, it is important to maintain this mindset for the well-development of your business.

You must be flexible, yet determined, dedicated, yet comfortable with frustration, and a go-getter, yet a cynic. This might sound like an ambitious task, if you don’t already possess these characteristics.

    Once we have generated the sales funnel model for you, it is important for us to help you build the Ascension Model. What is the Ascension Model?

    The Ascension Model is about moving your new and existing customers from low to high priced products. Your customers can't advance without buying the product in front of them. They get introduced to the first product at an 'entry level' price. When they buy, they'll be introduced to the next product, which might be another product or service for a higher value.
