Week 1: DISCOVER
The first step to any transformation involves diving deep into yourself - into your habits, behaviors, likes, dislikes, desires and dreams. This is the foundation for your course. The more you bring forward about yourself during this process, the more you will hone in on what you really want to improve and change in your life. The more clarity you will bring to the outcome that you desire, the more dramatic your results will be. Take your time here.
Weeks 2 - 4: EMPOWER
Together, we identify and agree upon the timeline, tools and techniques that are most comfortable and relevant to you in helping you achieve your goals.
Weeks 5 - 8: ACT
Although action begins the moment you decide to commit to a coaching plan, the second month is really when everything takes shape. You have done the deep self-analysis work to understand where you want to see change. Now is the time to outline the action steps that you will take in order to create the change that you desire to see in your life. This period is all about action - creating your action graph and determining beginning to take those actions. Together we adjust and enhance your plan as we go.
Weeks 9 - 12: LEAP
Did you ever think you move from point a to point b but never knew how? Well, with your clear plan of attack, and your commitment to action, the results start to show up in your life in a dramatic way. It's about how much effort you are wiling to put in. It's about how much you are willing to show up for yourself. This will be the time where you feel comfortable taking that big leap and understand how you can achieve any goal that you set for yourself.
