This course is ongoing so you can join at any time.
Every now and then we need to take a step back and evaluate what’s working in our life and what isn’t. This week I want you to consider several things: your home, your friends and family, your job, your health, your hobbies, your finances, your romantic life. Think about what makes you happy and what brings you down. What areas are you the most fulfilled in? Where are you lacking? Do you have things that bring you stress?

Have you ever stopped to think about how working long hours is actually counterproductive? You don't function as effectively and will find yourself getting less done. We all need to take time to rest and relax. This week track how your work boundaries are working for you, and think of possible ways of improving the balance between your work and your life.

Do you know that your body physically responds with stress when placed in a cluttered environment? On the other hand, uncluttered environments naturally relax you. Think about the clutter that’s in your life. What can you do to clear out the clutter? Look around: how does your space make you feel? Don’t stop with your physical surroundings, think about other areas of clutter. Are you burdened with commitments and chores? What can you remove that will help you slow down and enjoy your life more?
