The One Thing You Should Definitely NOT DO After A Breakup (If You Want Them Back)

If you have been dumped, you probably responded with panic and shock. That's normal, but there are things that you SHOULD NOT DO if you want your ex back.

Begging, pleading, and accepting friendship are some of the things you should NOT do. And in order to do any of these things you would have had to contact your ex. This is also something that you should definitely NOT do after a breakup.

As I explain in this video, since your ex broke up with you, attraction in some form has dropped. That is usually in the form of emotional attraction. That means that whatever you are "putting out," right now in terms of behavior, attitude, and dynamic when around significant other is unattractive to them and is turning them off.

Therefore, you need to back off (they broke up with you after all) and figure some of this out. In this video I go through how this plays out.
