I met my first health/life/Spiritual coach at age 18. I’ll never forget her. She truly was the full circle of life, beautiful Luna. Our time together dramatically changed the course of my life, putting me on the path to live a life that is fulfilling on all levels. I wish to be all that she was for me and more for you. Consider me as a divine vessel to guide you to remember who you truly are, do what you were created to be in all of its glory. You are here to leave a legacy of love and light and make an impact on the globe. Making a difference begins with you, so let us focus on you and expand that further to your circle of life. 

As your friend and guide, I will support you in identifying barriers and patterns that may be in the way of your greatest self-expression. I will challenge you; I will push you; I will love you; I will shine my light on you until you break, breakthrough that is, and blossom like a beautiful magical golden flower. We’ll begin through a discovery phase where we’ll get to know one another, taking an overview of your life and identifying areas that you desire to take action and/or need loving attention. I will assist you in establishing clear, concrete, excitingly measurable goals, and support you in connecting to your own inner wisdom.  

There is nothing you cannot do, become, or create. You are capable of so much more than you know and are currently creating. Whether you have a specific goal, are seeking general guidance, understanding, healing, or perhaps you just want to take life to greater heights, our relationship will evolve in a way that best supports your dreams coming to pass. I hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and created especially for you. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to guiding one’s journey. We are bio-individuals, and our time together will be designed just for you as there is no one like you. You are that special. Know that I do not solve your problems, rather guide you into solving them on your own. I listen with love, compassion, and understanding. My relationships with my family of clients are intimate, honest, loving, trustworthy, confidential, and incredibly rewarding. 

I began my ayurvedic, holistic, and spiritual studies in 2009. It’s still going on, and it will, until my last breath. I am a student for life, and no amount of studies will satisfy my hunger for more. I am trained as a board-certified life coach, health coach, and I am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. I have completed over 58 programs in self-improvement throughout my last decade of studies, and I am just beginning. My most accredited knowledge and extensive training is from my life experiences. Getting to the other side of hardship in the areas of career confusion, businesses failure, debt, family breakdowns, relationship issues and endings, divorce, health challenges, overcoming my mental illnesses,  and learning to truly love myself in a real and meaningful way, have taught me life lessons that I am inspired to teach you.
