"No person is an island." My philosophy is that coaching is a working partnership between coach and client(s) to provide structure, guidance and support for you to effectively reach your goals; whatever they may be.
I'm an experienced personal coach and I have a passion for helping others accomplish their goals, eliminate negativity, and increase positivity. I hope I can help you take that next step.

My hours are flexible with weekday, evening and weekend hours available and my rates are reasonable.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I have an availability approach to my coaching. My rates are per session but I also am available as needed anytime via text or email for what I call "on the spot." If at any time you need to share something, need to talk through something, need a suggestion or encouragement I like to be available.

Fee description
Fees:
from $40 USD to $60 USD
My hourly fee for sessions via the phone or video conferencing is $45 per hour.
In person sessions are $60 per hour. Students receive a $5 discount on phone sessions and $10 discount on in person sessions. This requires a valid and current college identification card.
