Although we will occasionally touch on things like time management and balance similar to life coaches, you have me as a leadership development expert and consultant. I only work with women (and a few good men) who are highly motivated to take their career to the next level. I do not work with people who are interested solely in a life coach and I am not a Jill-of-all-trades coach. I refer those people to other coaches. What that means for you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for women leaders in a corporate environment. The Wonder Loft offers three levels of programming, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level is specific to what you need right now in your career. My desire is to help you get recognized, valued and promoted at work. You will become more authentic and confident in your leadership. While I share a lot of tools you can use immediately, our time together is flexible so that we can address any "burning issue" you have each session.
I also offer group coaching and a Personal Branding Boot Camp. These are extremely popular and spaces only open up a few times a year. I help women in a group setting to identify their unique brand and how to leverage their brand at work. You get a more intense learning with accountability partners, high value content, and resources you can use right away.

Fees: from $300 USD to $500 USD
The fee structure is based on the program level. The fees reflected are monthly installments. I do offer monthly installments and full pay options. There is definitely a level specifically designed for what you need right now. Most programs range are approximately 6 months in duration so that you can get maximum impact with high quality coaching.
