Commonly, life coaches will want you to examine several critical life areas, such as health, work and career, relationships, spirituality, and financial status, and evaluate how you feel about them.
Once the low-scoring areas—the ones that need attention—have been identified, coaches examine the client’s goals, strengths and weaknesses, and any blocks or challenges that might be in the way of achieving change.
Then they can set goals which identify the client’s desired outcomes, and identify strategies to achieve them. Setting goals correctly is vastly important.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Life Coaching uses the techniques as a tool to maximize ones ability to achieve their own intentions and goals in a context to break in action steps.
The subconscious mind has a wealth of information but the problem is how to get at that information. The answer is in using metaphors, the language of pictures.Metaphors can be used to understand subconscious thinking patterns or they can be used to understand underlying emotions.
The metaphor can guide the facilitator not only to where the problem is, but can also be used to help the client find solutions.

PRIVATE COACHING
Usually a coaching session is 45 to 60 minutes in length, but can also be shorter or longer. Generally a Four session package and can be extended depends upon the satisfactory progress the client made during coaching. An alternative weekly arrangement is common, and can vary as per the needs and urgency of the client.
ONLINE COACHING
Usually a coaching session is 45 to 60 minutes in length, but can also be shorter or longer. Generally follows after Private coaching on prepaid appointment as and when the client wishes within a week notice.
Short courses or group coaching
As a keynote speaker, motivator and educational purpose, a group coaching can be arranged as the organisation, association or any forum desires monthly or yearly contract on subjects of their interest.
Ongoing training
This offer is available as a Mentorship package as deem fit by the client based upon their individual goals and aspirations.

Fees:
from $100 USD to $150 USD
The fees mentioned are hourly basis in USD prepaid basis. Each session shall begin with the task and result declaration to remain accountable both as client and the coach.
