About me
I was once a teen myself. Becoming an teenager was not easy. After graduating from college I looked back on my life and saw that my teenagers were my crazy years. Ashley is currently getting certified in life coaching from Teen Wisdom coaching. With years experience in self-development, a first-hand awareness of just how difficult the teenage years can be, empathy, and a passion for making a difference, Ashley has discovered her life's work: helping teen girls, their moms, and young adults learn how to truly love themselves from the inside out.

Youth Empowerment Coaching is using the principles of Life Coaching to work with teenagers and young adults, assisting them to improve their motivation and self-esteem and take action to create positive change and achieve their goals.The sessions are focused entirely on the young person, acknowledging where they’re at in life right now, adapted to their learning style, level of awareness and maturity so it works for them and not against them.

I coach hourly one-on-one sessions via Skype. I like to keep a healthy and professional environment around my coaching so I do honor time first and foremost. I highly recommend that you attend sessions regularly. Life happens. If you need to miss a session, please re-schedule in advance.

Online coaching is 6 weeks worth of 90 minute coaching via skype, google hangout or phone. Twice of week with unlimited email support and a coaching workbook.
Short courses or group coaching
Courses are available by module or all 8 modules.
Ongoing training
I will provide ongoing training for support.
