As a small business owner, university educator, and management consultant for many years, I learned how to help people clearly define their objectives and achieve their specific results!
As a master-certified professional life coach with a master's degree in business management, I have the tools and training to guide you toward conquering your business goals and achieving greater productivity - as well as gaining a renewed sense of accomplishment.
Meetings are usually one hour per week for a monthly duration that we determine at our initial session. A three-month commitment is recommended. We focus on you and your goals in a strictly confidential, safe space.

My online or phone coaching style is to encourage clients to critically think through their unique situations by using open-ended questions and active listening.

Specific metrics are used to measure each client's success. Three hours is a minimum to elicit positive changes from your action steps. In each session, we discuss your accomplishments to date and the areas you still want to improve.
