Personal Coaching is about listening and I have been told many times that I am an attentive, patient and thoughtful listener.
Personal Coaching is about unpacking where you are at right now and working with your strengths. Once we identify your strengths, it is really helpful to explore deeper and uncover your essential nature. This is part of the heart centered approach that I find has a spiritual element and aligns with your archetypal energies.
Personal Coaching is about working on yourself in these areas - but at the same time taking action and implementing in your everyday life.
As you allow yourself permission to transform, you will feel a growing sense of self belief, confidence and momentum.
Right now I am in the final phase of my certification to be admitted to the International Coach Federation, studying a Cert IV at Anne Hartley's Life Coaching Academy. It;s a brilliant time to connect together and start a wonderful lifelong connection.
