I am owner, and manager of Ascender Professional Coaching, LLC. I work with clients on assessing their situation, creating a vision, mapping that vision into a workable plan, and work with my Client on action steps with weekly deliverables. I love the work I do for Clients. My success in corporate positions have well positioned me to help other professionals. My ideal client is age 30, to 50. My clients tend to be motivated professionals that are reflecting on their current situation, or are in life transition. I offer a free consultation to anyone that is serious about looking for help to improve their career, life, and sense of fulfillment. I received formal training in general, and career coaching, and follow a proven method. But all my work is custom, as each person is unique. Every client has a unique personality, background, goals, and expectation. My preferred method is sessions by phone. Face to face coaching can be an option.

Brian's Master of Business Administration is from The University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. Brian also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Wisconsin, Madison. With over 30 years Corporate business experience. Brian's first Corporate job after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Madison was preparing State, and Federal Bids at Ecolab Corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN. While working as a FTE Brian completed his MBA at the University of St. Thomas. Starting in 1997, Brian started working in the areas of Technology Development. A large part of this work involved identifying, and meeting with Management Business Partners, and key Business, and Technology Stakeholders. The nature of this work involved in depth interviews with Upper Level Business Partners, to arrive at Business Vision, capture Features, and Requirements related to Development work, as well as identifying any obstacles to deliverables, working to eliminate thesemore ...
Fees: from $75 to $500
After an initial consultation, if I know I can be of service, for Clients that have the ability, I ask for a retainer of $500 - which covers four weekly sessions, and any assessments, and research I need to do. If Clients are in job transition, or living on limited income, I offer an alternate plan: I ask for a $$50 retainer, and commitment to work with me for one month. At the end of the month I ask the Client for additional funds based on the value the client believes my service has delivered.
