My names Britney but I go by Zingara since my awakening. I'm passionate about helping heal others with the Art of Love ❤ I focus on habit change and creating your own reality based on your goals and dreams. Removing the toxins is super important when taking care of your health. I help guide the path with a holistic approach, which includes the mind, body, and spirit. I like to encompass all the senses for healing and transformation. I've been a Wellness Advocate for many years, and an avid user of essential oils and supplements. I am also a certified yoga instructor and sports nutritionist. I have experience in the Healthcare industry and have been a coach, leader, and mentor along my journey thus far.
I offer a Humble Warrior Consulting package that consists of 4 weeks of training. Thereafter, I suggest individual sessions to keep the momentum in a positive direction. I specialize in recovery and have the resources and ability to help you quit cigarettes, alcohol, and substances. I am personally on my spiritual path and journey and I absolutely love to help motivate others to pursue their passion. It's not work if you love what you do.
Humble Warrior Consulting ranges from 30min-1hr. You can book individual sessions. Or, the package includes 12 sessions each month. It can be scheduled as digital or in person if local.
Vision Quests is another form I use to help with your own journey. I use different methods to help you unlock your true potential. Meditation, pranayama breathing, and creative arts and expression are used with this process.
Yoga Zensations are approximately 45 minutes sessions that include yoga, aromatherapy and meditation.

Depending on each client, we will determine a plan of action to promote a successful outcome.
Fees: from $25 USD to $500 USD
Individual Consulting for life coaching starts at $25 for 30 minutes, or $40 per hour.
Yoga Zensations is $200 for 12 sessions, 3 days a week for 4 weeks.
Vision Quests starting at $50. Unless more than one participant, I offer group rates.
