About me
I have a Bachelors from TCU and my wellness coaching certification from NESTA. I believe in a well rounded approach to coaching that focuses on a diverse lifestyle. One on one coaching is important to me and I would like to specifically assess all clients motivational learning styles to maximize the benefits of our sessions. I personally know how difficult it is to juggle the stresses of work, relationships, diet, fitness, and social outings. I can help you find the tools to synchronize all of these aspects of life into a happy lifestyle of wellness.

I always want my clients to achieve their maximum wellness goals. After our initial meeting, we will map out goals and decide what is attainable, a timeline, and checkpoints. I will help you achieve those specific goals.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I like to coach by encouragement, with a focus on diversity. No one person is alike, it is amazing that all of us exist and we are all completely different. Everyone learns in different ways, and everyone wants different things. I want to delve into what makes you unique and how we can use it to our advantage.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
In my free time I volunteer for an animal rights organization, as well as for auto immune disease organizations in the Houston area. I also use my Wellness certification to provide non profit advice to food desert areas in need of nutritional guidance.
Fee description
Fees:
from $125 USD to $6000 USD
Sessions start at 125.00 for an assessment of where you stand and how you are motivated. This would be an initial meeting only to see the path you should go forward on. Packages go up in pricing from there in terms of sessions and fees.
