In these sessions we will awaken the inner being, the one who needs to be heard, needs to heal, needs to be focused.
I offer assignments that need to be completed on time and assignments that we do together.
I also offer to listen and be objective, no judgement, in order to understand how to assist you as my client. I would need you to do the work, same as with anything else in your life, BUT MORE DEDICATED. This is your life, your time and your obligation to yourself.
I need your commitment and promise that you will do what is required in these assessments and assignments in order to reach your full potential.

In these sessions, I might invite other clients to join, clients with like-minded interests who will be able to assist with accountability, who have experience in what you wish to achieve and gain.
If one of my mentors are available, I will make a date to discuss or just listen to one of them on a related topic of interest.
Yes, I have mentors, people that keep me on my toes because I am human.
Short courses, these you can do on your own and submit to me for review and then, we will see how we can relate this to our target/goal.
Group coaching is your option. I will make this available by inviting you to selected classes, if it is in your goal stream and it is your choice to sign up.

I started my training to understand the person I was married to, and instead, I started understanding myself better.
I was silly to think I could assist in his life changes and help him through his challenges without dealing with who I am and my challenges.
It was in 2020 that I realized that I need to stand out as my example of finding me and understanding who I am in order to be the best version of myself, before I could serve or work with anyone.
Meanwhile, I achieved relationship satisfaction, I have a better view of money and life, I have the happiness that I dreamed of and the peace of mind you only achieve with the work you put into being who you really are.

Fees are discussed in the confidentiality contract that you sign. It is clear and concise based on your needs and what you desire to achieve.
However, there is no refund on retainer fees paid and, remember that if you do not do the work, you are still liable for the invoice.

I recently read an article expressing concerns around the Life Coaching Industry, as there is currently no controlling authority in the industry, and Life Coaches are appearing and disappearing. Doing a training course does not make a coach, any more than walking to the shop every day makes me an athlete. Being a life coach does not stem from being trendy either. It is the the thing today to be in a relationship with a narcissist. We need to be careful of what we put out there, because the concern is that when we are coaching somebody, we have an accountability and to claim experience in dealing with narcissim may make us accountable all on it's own. It is trendy to pursue a same sex relationship just the same. But coaching in these aspects involves in depth understanding and far more experience than simply doing the acceptable. Coaches need to live a life in order to coach on that life. It is a poor show when we try and coach on what we think we know. This coach is making up stories, and has chosen to be very secretive about a life and family she left behind.
