Everybody thinks negative thoughts. Everybody's emotions reflect their reaction to those negative thoughts. But not everybody ACTS on those emotions. People who are aware of their thoughts are always aware of their emotions. And once they learn how to use their emotions to guide their actions in ways that benefit them...well...these are the people who create the greatest well being in their lives. I am a Life and Leadership coach who is in this business to change the world one thought at a time. Are you ready to work with me to accomplish this goal? RESULTS & GOALS
My clients have already reached a degree of well being or success, yet they realise the WAYS they've achieved that success are no longer sustainable. They're ready to explore a new, non-conventional approach that is 100% in their control. I first assess the quality of a client's thoughts, beliefs and values through an online assessment called the Energy Leadership Indexâ„¢. With this new awareness, we create a framework through which we move towards the client's goals. Each session a client is equipped with a tool to develop skills (emotional intelligence, communication, relationships, problem solving, decision making, time management) or cultivate qualities that are important to him/her. Tools are always linked to encouraging awareness of the relationship between a client's thoughts, emotions, energy level and actions. Clients have reported increased focus, clarity, the confidence to do things they hadn't done in years or things they never believed they could before coaching with me, and a greater sense of overall well being.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Clients can expect an environment in which there is no right or wrong answer or judgment. They feel at such ease in the process that they speak honestly about issues they've kept buried. Instead of giving tips and advice on what a client should or should not do, I ask questions that lead him or her to the core to retrieve his/her own answers about what's blocking him/her. Instead of giving my opinions and furthering my personal philosophies, I listen intuitively to my client, which enables me to zoom in on her/his (hidden) strengths, talents and gifts and use those to inspire a client. I am an ardent believer in and daily practitioner of the law of attraction. Although I don't coach on this per se, it does inform my work.

Most of us spend our entire lives thinking the same self-sabotaging thoughts (with many variations). We cannot expect to undo a lifetime's work in a matter of weeks. Therefore, I ask potential clients for at least a 6-month commitment. Sessions are 60 minutes and are tailored to a client's personal needs, which will be determined in the first session.
ONLINE COACHING

Fee description
Fees:
from $100 USD to $175 USD
Although a 6-month commitment is requested, I understand the desire to sample a coaching session or two. To that end I will offer 1 session at 175 euros, 2 sessions at 150 euros each. Packages equal out of 100 euros per session. If a client decides to sign up for a package (6 months or more), I will refund the difference.
