I am a qualified Life Coach, dedicated to work with my clients to help them achieve the life they truly want.
On a personal note, I have lived a full and varied life. I am a professional business woman, I have worked as a general manager and in HR. Earlier in my life I have had a successful career as a session musician and later as professional photographer.
I brought up my son as a single mother so I understand the challenges of balancing work and a healthy family life. I have personal experience in building a new life after a divorce, embracing both single life and embarking on new relationships.
My qualifications as well as my Life Coaching Diploma and CPD in Relationship Coaching are an Upper Second degree in Contemporary Media Practice, BTEC in Multimedia and Professional Photographer Accreditation with the London Institute.

My aim is to be a catalyst for change and to assist my clients to achieve the life they want and deserve. I so passionately believe that we all have the power to choose the life we want to live. I am dedicated to spreading the word about coaching and the fact that we don't have to settle and accept situations as they are but with professional assistance we can tap into all the wonderful possibilities life has to offer.
Problems and difficulties in one area of your life will be highlighting limiting beliefs and expectations that reverberate through your life as a whole. The one thing that all the many aspects of your life have in common is you.
I believe that if you get YOU right the rest of your life falls into place.
My clients vary, they are people who feel that they are at a crossroads in their life, they know they want a change and come to coaching to seek the clarity and confidence to make the right decision.
Career wise and in their personal relationships, my clients are investing in their future to stay on track and accomplish what they want in life.
