About me
I started off my career over fifteen years ago in California after receiving my BA in Sociology. At that time I was working with clients suffering from schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, and Alzheimer’s. In 2008 I received my MA in Clinical Psychology. This allowed me to work as a Marriage & Family Therapist in a private practice setting. Over the next eight years my specialty became working with clients who are searching for more meaning in life as well as balance. I work with individuals who are going through the transitions that life brings us which can be quite difficult.
My goal now as a Life Coach is to help you find the path to a happier more balanced life. This can be done no matter how overwhelmed you may be feeling! I truly look forward to hearing from you.

I work with a a solution focused approach in an effort to help my clients attain their goals in a timely manner. I have a passion for coaching and I have a lot of experience to guide clients through this journey.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
As a coach I have encountered many challenges in life just as most of us. I have personal experience with divorce, addiction within the family, career transition, life transition, as well as a feeling of emotional unbalance. It has been these experiences that have led me to be the coach that I am today.
I began my career over 15 years ago and have worked in many arena's of mental health. Once I had come to what I thought was the end of the road I realized that coaching is my passion. I love what I do which creates a happiness in my life that a pill or many years of therapy can solve, this is what I would like to pass on to my clients.
