I'm a physician trained in family medicine and pain medicine. I had my own alternative pain medicine practice for 15 years. My practice evolved over time, and I realized that the most powerful healing stems from the work you do inside of yourself.
My coaching is based on my New Healing Connection online course. My special interest is in guiding people as they get to the root of issues that are holding them back from change. Learning how to feel emotions in a healthy way — including the uncomfortable ones, like anger, sadness and fear — will transform your life.
I also guide people in changing degenerative thought patterns, including shame. As you work with your emotions and thoughts in this new way, you will access your intuition more clearly, and this will help you know how to change your life.
You are your own expert! By learning some new strategies to work with emotions, thoughts and intuition, you will change your life!
I’ll help you step back and take a big-picture view of your life. Then I’ll help you go within and work with your inner self using the concepts in the New Healing Connection. By taking both the big picture view and doing the work on the microscopic level, you will be able to transform your life.
During each session I’ll be a friend and guide giving you support and feedback as you change your life.
I've always wanted to help people. During my family medicine training 25 years ago, I realized that while there’s a lot that Western medicine can accomplish, there is also a lot that physicians can’t do—either because we don’t have the treatments or because the patients need to make changes in their lives.
After residency I was stressed out and looking for answers, so for both my inner peace and from a desire to help patients heal, I started to investigate other aspects of health and healing. My search led me to appreciate the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection in healing, and I learned how to help people work with the mind-body connection in a practical way.
Eventually I took what I learned and created the New Healing Connection. The information doesn't just help heal your body. It also helps heal any other part of your life. This is because everything is connected.
I apply the concepts I teach in my own life, and I’ve gained a sense of inner peace and fulfillment that I couldn't have found any other way!
Fees: from $150 USD
I offer private online coaching sessions for $150 per hour. Frequency and number of sessions depends on your individual issue.
